Description
The glass is a vibrant cerulean blue with a uniform, velvety matte finish achieved through acid etching. The set includes a coordinating lid in the form of a tall, textured hat that fits onto the figure’s head; the lid is hollow and can serve as a small jigger or tasting vessel. The item is mold-blown with stylized details throughout the face and body. No signatures, maker’s marks, or labels are present.

The decanter and Glass top are in excellent vintage condition. There are no visible chips, cracks, or significant abrasions to the frosted surface. The rims of the bottle and the base of the stopper are smooth and well-preserved.
