Description
A vintage mid-century modern lidded candy dish or ginger jar, attributed to the Indiana Glass Company in the Whitehall pattern. This piece is executed in vibrant amberina glass, featuring a deep ruby red body that transitions to warm orange and amber tones when backlit. The exterior is decorated with a bold, geometric cubist pattern of raised facets, while the underside of the footed base displays a molded radial starburst design. The matching lid is topped with a translucent amber faceted finial. This pattern, often distributed through Tiara Exclusives, remains a quintessential example of American decorative pressed glass from the 1960s and 1970s. Dimensions: Approximately 7.5 inches in height and 6.5 inches in diameter. Excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or flea bites are visible to the rims, body, or finial. Minimal, expected shelf wear is present on the underside of the base.
