Description
This set of opaque black glass bowls is in the Pyramid pattern, produced by the Indiana Glass Company. The Art Deco design, attributed to George Sakier, features radiating fan-like segments and a faceted, multi-sided base. The glass is opaque with a high-gloss finish. The set consists of one large master bowl and six individual small bowls. No alphanumeric characters, symbols, or logos are present on the bases of any items in the collection. Large Bowl: 8 1/4 inches in diameter; 3 inches in height Small Bowls: 4 1/2 inches in diameter; 1 3/4 inches in height. The set is in good overall condition. A minor flea bite is noted on the rim of the large master bowl. Typical light surface wear is present, consistent with age and use. No other significant chips, cracks, or repairs are visible.
