Description
This lidded canister is produced in the Harvest Grape pattern by the Indiana Glass Company. The item is composed of pressed carnival glass with a lime green base color treated with a vivid iridescent finish that reflects tones of magenta, blue, and gold. The body features an octagonal, paneled form decorated with relief-molded grape clusters, large serrated leaves, and curling vine tendrils. The matching lid is topped with a molded finial in the shape of a grape cluster. The construction shows visible mold seams on the body and lid, characteristic of the pressing process. The base is molded and recessed with no pontil mark. Height: 7 inches Diameter: 4.5 inches m is in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. The iridescent coating is well-preserved with strong color saturation. Minor manufacturing bubbles and mold roughness are present, which are consistent with the production era and technique.
