Description
This vintage costume jewelry suite by Trifari includes a single-strand necklace and a pair of matching drop earrings, crafted in yellow gold-tone base metal. Both pieces feature round, white opaque beads that appear to be milk glass, accented with decorative filigree caps in a leaf-motif design. The necklace is composed of uniform beads separated by small gold-tone spacers and is finished with a textured fold-over clasp. The matching earrings feature a two-tier drop design with clip-on findings. Both the necklace clasp and earring backs are stamped with the TRIFARI maker mark topped with a crown symbol and a copyright mark. Necklace measures approximately 23 inches in length. Beads measure approximately 0.5 inches in diameter.
The set is in good vintage condition, showing minor surface wear and light oxidation to the metal finish consistent with age. The fold-over clasp and clip-on earring mechanisms are in good working order.
