Description
This matched pair of drop earrings is produced by designer Heidi Daus. The earrings feature fan-shaped tops with a shell-like ribbed texture, pavé-set with numerous round colorless crystals and a central oval-cut colorless crystal. Suspended from the tops are large, faceted black beads, likely glass, held by decorative caps set with additional colorless crystals. The pieces are constructed from an antiqued gold-tone base metal. The reverse of each earring contains a raised rectangular cartouche with the characters HEIDI DAUS above a smaller rectangle marked CN, indicating the country of origin as China. The earrings are designed for pierced ears, featuring a post supplemented with a hinged omega-back clip for secure wear. Length: Approximately 2 inches. The earrings are in good used condition. All stones are present and appear securely set. There is minor surface wear and oxidation to the metal finish consistent with age and use.
