Description
This necklace features a central carved jade pendant and six cylindrical jade tube beads. The jade is a mottled green color with natural variations in tone and texture. The pendant is carved into a flared, geometric shape. The strand is composed of sterling silver tubular beads, commonly known as liquid silver, and small round silver spacer beads. The piece is finished with a sterling silver lobster claw clasp. The interior of the clasp is stamped with the mark 925, indicating sterling silver purity. The construction combines Chinese jade components with Southwestern style silver beadwork. Length: 17 inches Pendant Width: 1.5 inches Weight: 31.9 grams. The necklace is in very good condition. There is minor surface tarnish on the silver beads and clasp consistent with age. The jade components show no visible chips, cracks, or signs of repair.
