Description
This collection consists of five pressed glass commemorative items produced for Tiara Exclusives conventions held in 1978 and 1980. The group includes one clear glass divided dish featuring three sections with frosted botanical motifs depicting leaves and fruit. This dish features a notched, faceted rim and retains its original gold foil sticker identifying it as a 1980 convention souvenir from Reno, Nevada. Also included is one glass plate with a metallic gold-toned finish, screen-printed with text for the 1978 Royal Court in San Francisco. The collection is completed by three clear glass plates featuring brown and white screen-printed graphics of the San Francisco skyline and Golden Gate Bridge, commemorating the 8th Annual Convention held from July 23rd to July 29th, 1978. Clear plates: 8 inches diameter Divided dish: 7 inches diameter, 1 inch height Gold-toned plate: 6 inches diameter. The divided dish is in excellent condition with the original manufacturer sticker present. The three clear commemorative plates are in good condition with the screen-printed graphics remaining intact. The gold-toned plate shows visible wear and loss to the metallic finish, particularly along the rim and within the central well.
