Description
A tall, tapered pilsner-style beer glass manufactured by Ritzenhoff in Germany. The glass features a design by Italian architect and designer Beppe Del Greco, dated 2012. The clear glass body is decorated with multi-colored whimsical graphics, including a character with a handlebar mustache and a foam crown, a blue and white Bavarian diamond pattern, and a red banner inscribed with the text IN BEER WE TRUST!!. The vessel features a short, stepped stem and a wide, flat circular foot. The item is accompanied by its original cylindrical cardboard packaging in green and orange, which includes a biographical profile of the designer in German and English. Printed vertically on the lower side of the glass is the text BEPPE DEL GRECO RITZENHOFF. The packaging is marked with the manufacturer name, designer name, date 2012, item number 101 50 02, and Made in Germany. Height: 10 inches. Excellent condition.
