Description
A large studio art glass vase featuring an elongated teardrop form. The vessel is composed of translucent ruby red glass. The lower half of the body contains internal gold-tone aventurine flecks and mottled amber-colored inclusions. Fine, vertical streaks of a lighter metallic or amber tone extend from the narrow, polished rim toward the center of the body. The piece is hand-blown with a smooth, polished finish. No maker marks are present. Measurement: 16 inches tall. Good overall condition. No visible chips, cracks, or repairs. Minor internal bubbles and variations consistent with hand-blown glass production.
