Description
A mid-century modern four-compartment serving tray hand-carved from a single block of hardwood, identified by web consensus as monkey pod wood. The tray is carved in an organic, stylized leaf shape featuring four deep, teardrop-shaped wells and an integrated handle extending from the narrower end. The wood exhibits a medium-to-dark brown finish with a visible natural grain. The underside is flat to allow the bowl to rest securely. No maker marks, symbols, or signatures are present on the base or body of the item. While visually similar to items produced by Hawaiian manufacturers such as Waikiki or Kahana Woods, this piece remains unattributed.
