Description
A vintage costume jewelry brooch by Eisenberg Original featuring a naturalistic grape motif. The design depicts a central cluster of grapes surrounded by three leaves and curled vine tendrils. The piece is constructed from silver-tone base metal and is set with colorless faceted rhinestones of various sizes. The grapes are represented by larger prong-set round stones, while the leaves and stems are accented with smaller pavé-set rhinestones. The reverse of one leaf is incised with the mark EISENBERG ORIGINAL, a copyright symbol, and a circular emblem. The brooch is fitted with a horizontal pin mechanism and a rotating safety clasp. Dimensions: 3 inches x 2.5 inches. The brooch is in good vintage condition with visible tarnish and patina to the silver-tone metal finish, particularly on the reverse. One small round rhinestone is missing from the lower-central portion of the grape cluster. Several rhinestones exhibit minor yellowing or darkening consistent with age-related foil degradation.
