Description
A Department 56 Snow Village Halloween hand-painted ceramic miniature titled Spooky Farmhouse, identified as item number 56.55315. Height: approximately 11 inches to the top of the bat decorations. Does light up. Batteries and adapter not included. The ceramic house is in overall good condition with two noted exceptions: a section of the black metal fence has detached from the base but is present, and there is a small chip in the green paint on the grass-textured base near the front center. The original box shows minor signs of shelf wear and age-related discoloration.
