Description
A large lidded ceramic Easter basket produced by Christopher Radko. The piece is constructed from glazed earthenware in two parts: an oval-shaped bowl and a highly dimensional lid. The lid is densely molded with an assortment of multi-colored Easter eggs in various patterns. The underside of the base is embossed with the Radko script signature and an eight-pointed star. Height: 12 inches. The item is in good decorative condition overall. There is a prominent paint chip with loss on a red egg located on the lid. A small chip or glaze flake is present on the green painted rim of the base. The piece exhibits minor surface wear and minor glaze firing imperfections consistent with manufacture and light use.
