Description
*STAND NOT INCLUDED* A vintage Italian blown glass bird Christmas ornament. The ornament features a silvered glass body with hand-painted facial details in black and white. It is decorated with a long, voluminous tail consisting of white and pale blue natural feathers. A circular red and gold foil label is adhered to the side of the metal clip, which reads MADE IN ITALY. Body length: 3.5 inches. This ornament is in good vintage condition. The blown glass body is intact without chips or cracks. Painted details remain distinct. There is minor, expected loss of glitter on the crest and typical age-related ruffling to the feather tail. The textile trim is well-preserved. The metal clip is fully functional.
