A set of eight ceramic salad or dessert plates from the Gates WARE line designed by Laurie Gates. The set comprises two plates each of four distinct illustrative Halloween-themed designs. Each plate has a white underside with a black printed backstamp. The stamp reads: Gates WARE by Laurie Gates, DISHWASHER MICROWAVE SAFE, NOT FOR USE IN OVEN, MADE IN CHINA. Diameter: 8.5 inches Stack height: 4.25 inches. The plates are in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. The glazed surfaces and colors remain bright and vibrant.
