Description
A hand-painted ceramic figural teapot from the Fitz and Floyd Classics collection in the Jardin Rabbit pattern. The teapot is modeled as an anthropomorphic female rabbit seated on a tree stump. The head and shoulders of the rabbit serve as the removable lid. The handle is formed by a thick, gnarled vine with green leaves, and the spout is integrated into a basket of spring flowers held by the rabbit. The base is marked with the black printed Fitz and Floyd Classics backstamp. Height: 10.5 inches. The teapot is in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. The hand-painted decoration is bright and the high-gloss glaze is intact.
