This is a Spider-Man 2 VR-3D True Color Virtual Reality System manufactured by MGA Entertainment.
The bottom of the packaging contains the following information: TM and copyright 2004 MGA Entertainment, Inc., 16730 Schoenborn Street, North Hills, CA 91343 USA, Made in China. Logos present on the box include MGA Entertainment, Marvel, Spider-Man Merchandise, and Columbia Pictures. The model number is 267768 and the UPC is 0 35051 26776 8. A white stamped batch code reads 13304KY.
The box measures approximately 12.5 inches in height and 13 inches in width.
The item is housed in its original color-illustrated retail box, which includes a plastic carry handle and a Velcro-closure front flap.
