Description
This lot comprises three gold-toned base metal costume rings produced by Avon Products, Inc., between 1973 and 1976. Each piece is accompanied by its original Avon Fashion Accents in Jewelry presentation box labeled Small. All rings are incised with maker mark AVON, copyright symbol and retain their internal sizers.
The Buckle Ring, dated 1973, features a belt-style band with a textured central field and polished borders. The buckle is set with eighteen small, circular-cut clear rhinestones.
The Kensington Ring, dated 1976, is a fashion ring featuring an elongated navette-shaped head with a beaded border and a textured field. The center of the head is decorated with a starburst engraving and a single bezel-set circular-cut clear rhinestone.
The Leaf Lights Ring, dated 1974, is a foliate cluster ring designed with an asymmetrical bypass-style band. The decorative head features textured gold-toned leaves and six marquise-cut simulated stones in varying shades of emerald green and peridot yellow-green.
Rings Measure: US size 5-6 small
The Buckle Ring shows visible rubbing and wear to the gold-toned finish, particularly along the raised edges of the band; stones remain intact. The Kensington Ring is in good vintage condition with minor surface scratches consistent with light use. The Leaf Lights Ring is in good vintage condition with bright, securely set stones and minor surface wear to the band.
