Description
This Argus C3 Match-Matic 35mm rangefinder camera is constructed with a die-cast metal chassis, featuring a tan textured synthetic leatherette covering and chrome-finished accents. Produced between 1958 and 1966, this variant of the classic Brick model includes a detachable top-mounted Argus LC-3 selenium cell light meter. The camera is equipped with an Argus 50mm f/3.5 coated Cintar lens, utilizing the Match-Matic simplified numbering system on the aperture and shutter dials. The lens bezel is inscribed ARGUS 50MM f/3.5 MADE IN U.S.A. The serial number 1829369072 is engraved on the top plate. The unit is accompanied by an original brown leather ever-ready carrying case.
