Description
A collection of six vintage regional souvenir dolls representing various European countries and regions. These dolls are constructed of hard plastic with synthetic wigs and fixed painted, inset, or sleep eyes. Most dolls remain in their original clear plastic display tubes or cardboard packaging.
The collection includes:
A Netherlands doll identified by a base label for v.d.B. – Wormer, Made in Holland. The doll features blonde braids, a white lace cap, a blue checkered dress with a red bead necklace, and wooden clogs. It carries a wooden yoke with hanging buckets.
A Belgium doll with an affixed black patch reading BRUXELLES below a lion rampant coat of arms. The doll has long blonde braids, a white lace cap and shawl, and a green satin-finish gown with lace trim and a floral border.

The dolls are in good vintage condition with original clothing and accessories intact. The clear plastic containers show light scuffing and age-related wear. The Lucerne doll’s container shows a significant amount of loose internal debris. The Sicily box exhibits structural wear and creases to the cardboard.
