Description
A collection of five vintage toy vehicles manufactured by Tonka, primarily constructed from pressed steel with plastic and rubber components. The assortment includes a large red Gas Turbine cement mixer, identified as model number 2620, featuring a white rotating plastic drum operated by a side-mounted hand crank and plastic gear assembly. The collection further contains a red Dune Buggy Jeep with original white plastic canopy and oversized off-road tires. Completing the set are three smaller service vehicles: a yellow school bus van labeled for Tonka School District 277, a blue and white rear-loading garbage truck, and a red and white fire engine equipped with two removable white plastic ladders and molded hose reels. Manufacturer markings include Tonka U.S.A. and Tonka Mound, Minn. decals on the cabs. The school bus features an embossed underside marked 55360, Tonka, and Made in U.S.A.

Condition report:
The vehicles are in used, vintage condition with signs of age and play-wear. Observable physical characteristics include paint chipping, scuffing, and localized surface oxidation, most notably on the cement mixer cab edges and bumper and the lower front of the school bus. Decals exhibit wear and partial loss, particularly on the mixer drum. The white plastic chassis of the Dune Buggy has been marked with handwritten identification in purple permanent marker. The mechanical components on mixer drum are untested.
