Description
This lot features an assortment of vintage toys consisting of a miniature power tool set and seven carded die-cast vehicles. The first item is a Power Mite jigsaw set manufactured by Ideal. It includes a yellow plastic carrying case with a molded interior tray. Contained within is a teal-colored miniature jigsaw featuring a red power button and an attached electrical cord. A separate metal saw blade is present. The tool and tray are marked with the Ideal logo and the Power Mite brand name. The vehicle collection includes seven pieces, all in their original manufacturer blister packs. Included is a Racing Champions 10th Anniversary NASCAR Originals Ricky Rudd Tide Ford Taurus. Matchbox vehicles include a green Lamborghini Countach from the Super Cars series and a GMC Wrecker in black and yellow livery from the Motor Sports series. Hot Wheels vehicles include a purple Mercedes 540K, a yellow Rescue Ranger Fire Dept. truck, a 2002 First Editions Altered State funny car, and a white and blue ’65 Impala Lowrider. Several carded vehicles retain original retailer price stickers from K-B Toys.
Case measures: 7 inches wide x 5 inches high.
The die-cast vehicles remain sealed on their original cards. The packaging shows various degrees of shelf wear, including minor corner softening, light creasing, and original retail stickers. The Power Mite set appears largely complete; however, the functionality of the electrical motor has not been tested. The metal saw blade exhibits minor surface oxidation.
