Description
A group of decorative polished stone eggs, attributed to Italian production. The assortment includes eggs fashioned from alabaster and various marbles, featuring a range of colors and natural patterns. Observable variations include mottled pink, saturated red, forest green, yellow, and ochre hues, alongside a blue stone with inclusions resembling lapis lazuli and a cream-colored stone with black dendritic veining. Several examples exhibit characteristics of dyed stone to enhance color saturation. Each piece is finished with a smooth, high-gloss polish. No maker marks or labels are present.
