Description
This illuminated porcelain building is titled Mary Hatch’s House and belongs to the A Wonderful Holiday Collection, created as a tribute to the film It’s A Wonderful Life. The house is designed with a green mansard roof, multiple red brick chimneys, and a covered porch. The exterior is finished with white textured walls and exposed brick accents, decorated for the season with green garlands, red berries, and simulated snow. The base is incised with A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY COLLECTION TM followed by copyright 1996 DHC. A gold foil label on the underside reads MADE IN PHILIPPINES. The original red box features the model number 051 05 0020 and includes a photograph of the film characters George and Mary Hatch Bailey. The piece comes with an electrical cord and toggle switch.

The building is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, or restorations visible. The paint is vibrant and intact. The lighting mechanism is functional. The original box shows minor shelf wear consistent with age.
