A pair of low, weighted sterling silver candlesticks manufactured by the Gorham Manufacturing Company. The underside of each base is stamped with the following marks: GORHAM, STERLING, CEMENT FILLED, REINFORCED, WITH ROD, OF OTHER METAL, and the pattern number 832.
Gross weight: 23 oz.
The pair exhibits visible tarnish and surface wear consistent with age and regular use. There are minor dents and slight misshaping visible on the rims of the candle sockets.
