Attributed to the Indiana Glass Company for Tiara Exclusives, this two-piece covered butter dish is rendered in light green pressed glass, commonly referred to as Chantilly Green. The piece features the popular Sandwich pattern, characterized by a stippled, lace-like background decorated with floral sprays and scrollwork. This style of glass was produced as a mid-to-late 20th-century reproduction of earlier 19th-century lace glass designs.
Underplate diameter: 6.5 inches
Total height: 4.75 inches.
