Description
A Herman Miller loose cushion armchair designed by Charles and Ray Eames. This professional office chair features a molded parchment-colored fiberglass shell with an integrated upholstered interior in brown textured fabric. The chair includes a matching loose seat cushion and is finished with a cream-colored vinyl edge trim. It is mounted on a polished aluminum four-star universal contract base equoipped with a swivel and tilt mechanism, terminating in five hooded ball casters. The underside of the fiberglass shell retains multiple original factory labels. One label identifies Herman Miller Inc. of Zeeland, Michigan, and lists various patent numbers. A second label lists manufacturing locations in Michigan, California, and Georgia, with a delivery reference of 117-75. A third label features the Herman Miller logo and certifies compliance with BIFMA flammability standards.
