Description
A clear lead crystal bud vase manufactured by Steuben. The vessel features a tapered form rising from a heavy, solid base that contains a single controlled teardrop air bubble. The body of the vase is decorated with wheel-engraved calligraphic script featuring a romantic inscription that reads: Chance cannot change my love nor time impair.
Height: 8 inches.
Very good condition overall. The crystal remains bright and clear without clouding. No chips, cracks, or flea bites are visible on the rim or body. The underside of the base shows light surface scratches consistent with age and normal shelf wear.
