Description
A hand-blown art glass vase crafted in a Murano style. The piece features a flared, undulating rim with five points, resembling a Jack-in-the-Pulpit or lily blossom. The body is characterized by a marbled swirl of pink and white glass, punctuated by streaks and flecks of cobalt blue, lime green, and red. The form consists of a slender neck that tapers into a bulbous base, which is set upon an applied clear glass circular foot. The underside of the base shows a ground and polished pontil mark. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are present.
Height: 8 inches.
The vase is in good condition with no chips, cracks, or visible repairs. The rim edges are smooth and intact. The base shows minor shelf wear consistent with age.
