Description
This lot features a pair of vintage pressed glass bowls manufactured by the McKee Glass Company. The bowls are crafted from opaque light green jadeite glass. The presence of uranium in the glass composition is confirmed by a strong, bright green fluorescence under ultraviolet light. Each bowl is designed with a circular form and a distinctive scalloped or ruffled rim. The base of each item is embossed with the McKee Glass Company trademark, which consists of the letters MCK enclosed within a circle. The glass displays characteristic manufacturing swirls and a smooth finish.
