Description
This set of stoneware dinnerware is produced by Mikasa in the Petunias pattern (EC 401) from the Garden Club collection. Manufactured in Japan, the service features a speckled off-white ground decorated with transfer-printed central floral motifs of yellow petunias in a brown woven-style basket with green foliage. The pieces are characterized by multi-lobed, scalloped rims with a wiped brown glaze accent. The inventory includes three dinner plates, one salad/bread plate, six soup/cereal bowls, and five cups/mugs. All pieces are marked on the underside with a black backstamp containing the Mikasa logo, Garden Club, Petunias, EC 401, Oven to Table to Dishwasher, and Made in Japan.
