Description
This collection of seven vintage costume jewelry brooches features a variety of mid-20th-century designs and constructions. All pieces utilize horizontal or vertical pin mechanisms with safety catches.
The collection is in generally good vintage condition. Most stones remain bright and securely set. The iridescent Aurora Borealis coatings exhibit typical minor surface wear. Faux pearls show minor nacre loss in localized areas. The Art Deco filigree brooch is in poor to fair condition, displaying significant darkening and oxidation to the metal finish and several darkened and missing rhinestones.
