Description
This abstract painting, titled Delphi, is an original work by the artist Max Shaye. The composition is executed in acrylic or enamel on canvas, utilizing fluid, poured, and manipulated paint techniques to create organic, undulating forms in cerulean blue and deep burnt orange-red against a dark indigo background. It is signed Max Shaye in blue paint in the lower right corner. The reverse of the top wooden stretcher bar is inscribed DELPHI by Max Shaye. The canvas is mounted on Fredrix brand stretcher bars marked 24 and 36.
