Description
A collection of various decorative and novelty chess pieces of differing styles, materials, and sizes. The group includes a large, glossy white-glazed ceramic knight featuring a hand-written mark on the edge of the base consisting of the letter K above the numbers 799. Included is a Staunton-style king in turned light wood with a green felted base. Also present is a molded resin replica of a Lewis Chessman knight with a red felted base. The final piece is a machined aluminum rook-shaped mechanical puzzle by Puzzle Makers International, model #07-7331, accompanied by its original box and instructions. The metal puzzle consists of two main parts and two internal pins, with the letters M and G stamped on the interior of the top section.

Aluminum rook: 4 inches
Wooden king: 6 inches
Resin knight: 3.25 inches.
The pieces generally appear to be in good condition with minor surface wear consistent with age and handling. The aluminum rook puzzle is complete with its original box and instruction sheet; the box shows some light edge wear and staining. The ceramic knight is free of visible chips or cracks. Felt bases on the wooden and resin pieces are intact.
