Description
A vintage Avon Sun Brilliants jewelry set, produced circa 1974. The collection includes a convertible pendant/brooch with a coordinating gold-tone chain, a pair of clip-on earrings, and ring. Each piece is designed in a floral sunburst motif, constructed from yellow gold-tone metal. The centers feature large, round faceted citrine-colored glass stones, encircled by textured heart-shaped metal petals and smaller peridot-colored glass accents. The pendant/brooch features a pin mechanism on the reverse along with a fold-over bail for use on the chain. Each piece is marked AVON with a copyright symbol on the reverse side. The set remains in its original blue presentation boxes with cream-colored outer sleeves, which are marked AVON FASHION ACCENTS IN JEWELRY and bear a 1974 copyright date.

Good vintage condition. There is minor surface wear and light tarnishing to the gold-tone plating consistent with age. All glass stones are intact and securely set. Original presentation boxes and sleeves show light shelf wear and minor age-related discoloration.
