Description
A pair of vintage white opal glass Cinderella-style nesting mixing bowls in the Early American pattern. Manufactured by Pyrex, this pattern features brown graphic motifs on a white ground, including a bald eagle with an olive branch, a rooster weather vane, ears of corn, a coffee grinder, salt and pepper shakers, and a bellows. The larger bowl is marked 443 2-1/2 QT. TRADE MARK 31 PYREX MADE IN U.S.A. OVENWARE. The smaller bowl is marked 441 1-1/2 PT. TRADE MARK PYREX MADE IN U.S.A. OVENWARE.
Large bowl (Model 443): 4.5 inches high, 9.25 inches diameter from handle to handle.
Small bowl (Model 441): 3.25 inches high, 7.5 inches diameter from handle to handle.
Excellent vintage condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. The brown printed graphics are bright and show minimal signs of wear or fading. Minor shelf wear is present on the bottom contact rings.
