Description
This Lalique crystal collector plate is the 1966 edition of the manufacturer’s annual series. The pattern, Deux Anemones features a central intaglio design of two anemones with textured foliage. The floral motif is rendered in frosted glass, providing a satin-finish contrast against the clear crystal background. The date 1966 is molded into the glass at the top of the central design. The plate features a wide, clear, undecorated rim. A rectangular gold and blue paper label is present on the rim and reads Cristal Lalique Paris. The base rim is hand-etched with the script signature Lalique France.
Diameter: 8 1/4 inches.
The plate is in excellent vintage condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. The glass displays high clarity. The original paper label is present with minor wear at the upper left corner.
