Description
A trio of small bud vases crafted from opaque mint green uranium glass, commonly known as jadeite. These pieces feature a tapered conical form with horizontal ribbing, often referred to as a beehive pattern. The glass exhibits a strong, bright green fluorescence when exposed to ultraviolet light, confirming the presence of uranium in the composition. Produced using a pressed glass technique, the vases have flared rims and slightly recessed, smooth bases without pontil marks. The glass displays characteristic internal marbling and swirling typical of mid-20th-century opaque glass production.

The condition of the collection is mixed. A second vase exhibits a small chip on the outer edge of its base rim. All three pieces show minor nicks and surface fleabites around the bases consistent with age and handled use. Two of the vases remain structurally sound with no major cracks or repairs.
