Description

This collection consists of four pieces of opaque green milk glass, commonly known as Jadeite, produced by Anchor Hocking under the Fire-King brand. The assortment includes a scalloped shell-form serving bowl with a ribbed interior, a round bowl featuring a vertical swirl pattern on the exterior, and a large square serving bowl from the Charm line characterized by rounded corners and a sunburst radiating rib pattern on the base. Also included is a square refrigerator storage dish with a matching lid. The lid of the refrigerator dish features an embossed central medallion with a stylized floral motif and is marked FIRE-KING. The glass exhibits the characteristic semi-translucent green color and milky opacity associated with mid-century Jadeite production.

Shell bowl: 6.5 inches wide
Charm bowl: 8.5 inches wide
Swirl bowl: 5.5 inches diameter, 2 inches height.

The items are in good vintage condition with light surface wear consistent with age and use. There is a small dark inclusion or minor fleabite visible on one corner of the large square Charm bowl. Some minor darkening or residue is present in the recessed grooves of the swirl pattern bowl. No major cracks, large chips, or repairs are evident.
