Description
This lot features a Persian miniature painting hand-painted on a panel resembling bone, set within a traditional Khatam-kari frame. The reverse side features a wooden backing panel. A clear plastic display stand included with the item is marked MADE IN IRAN.
Length: 10 inches.
The painting remains in good condition with vibrant colors and no visible fading. The Khatam-kari frame shows some minor signs of age and wear, including small areas of lifting and minor losses to the inlaid pieces at the corners. A strip of white tape is present on the top edge of the reverse wooden panel.
