Description
A vintage glazed ceramic soup tureen set from the Fitz and Floyd Pilgrim’s Progress collection, dated 1990. This set features a round tureen body and matching lid with a relief-molded basket-weave texture. The base of the tureen is embossed with the marks © F F, 1990, and 2 3/4 QT. A silver foil sticker on the base reads FF TAIWAN, and a small white sticker on the body of the tureen reads Hand Painted. The original cardboard box is included, featuring a label that identifies the piece as FITZ and FLOYD “PILGRIM’S PROGRESS” TUREEN W/LADLE, item number 67/66. Height: 8.75 inches Diameter: 10.5 inches Capacity: 2.75 quarts. The set is in very good vintage condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs to the ceramic components. The hand-painted glazes remain bright and clear. The original box is present and shows minor signs of shelf wear and age-related discoloration.
