A carved dark hardwood relief panel, likely an architectural element from a South Indian temple chariot (rath) or doorway. The figure stands on a rectangular base decorated with foliate carvings. The reverse is unfinished and shows evidence of mounting, including a modern screw and pre-existing holes.

Width: Approximately 6.5 inches.
The panel exhibits signs of age and weathering, including several prominent vertical stress cracks and splits through the central figure, the base, and the kirtimukha mask. The wood has a dark, aged patina with moderate wear to the carved details.
